Abstract:

Taking as a basis the postulate that the present has a duration in time, conclusion that explain the properties of time. The reasons for the non-observability of time shown. An analysis of the effects of the movement of matter in time has been ma occurrence of a “red” shift in the spectrum of atoms is substantiated by a change time during the existence of the Universe. The article is based on the following statement: The present (the moment “now”) Basis: With zero duration of the “now” moment, all processes will be instantaneo instantaneous nature of all processes contradicts the existing reality.
