Abstract:

In questo momento in cui la teoria della relativita va incontro ad una crisi, suscita il piu alto interesse la ricerca di un fatto, che possa servire di base per una decisione netta fra il secondo prineipio, contestato, di questa teoria e le concezioni meccaniche; le quali promettono di eoneiliare, senza rovinosi contraccolpi, l' ottica e l' elettromagnetismo col principio di relativita propriamente detto, oramal impostosi a questi rami di scienza.
