Abstract:

Motivated by the formal inconsistency of the actual infinity hypothesis, and based on a single inductive principle (the Principle of Directional Evolution, which establishes the evolution of the universe in the same constant direction of increasing its entropy), this book proves a set of formal elements (theorems and corollaries) that could be used as the foundation of a new cosmology based on a finite and discrete space and time.
